Introduction to installation of stainless steel reactor

Stainless steel reaction kettle in the installation should pay attention to the following aspects, in order to better operation of equipment, increase its service life.

1. High pressure stainless steel reaction kettle should be placed in the room. When multiple autoclaves are installed, they should be separated. Each operation room should have a direct access to the outdoor or safe passage, should ensure the equipment place natural ventilation is good.

2. When installing the kettle cover, the sealing surface between the kettle body and the kettle cover shall be avoided to collide with each other. The kettle cover is carefully placed on the kettle body in a fixed position, and when the main nut is tightened, it must be gradually tightened in a diagonal and symmetrical way. Apply force evenly, do not allow the kettle cover to one side skew, in order to achieve good sealing effect.

3. The positive and negative nuts should only be rotated at the connection point. The two circular arc sealing surfaces should not be rotated relative to each other.

4, needle type valve line sealing, just gently rotating the needle, pressing tight cover, you can achieve a good sealing effect.

5. Use hand pan to move the rotary body on the reactor to check whether the operation is convenient.

6. The control board should be placed on the operating table. The working environment temperature of the reactor is 12-50℃, the air humidity is less than 86%, and there is no conductive floating dust and corrosive gas in the surrounding media.

7. Check whether the movable parts and fixed contacts on the panel and back plate are normal, remove the top cover, check whether the contact of the connector is loose, and whether the reaction kettle is damaged or rusted due to improper transportation and storage.

8. After the operation, it can be cooled naturally, cooled with water or cooled above the support frame. After the temperature drops, release the pressurized gas in the kettle to reduce the pressure to the natural pressure, then loosen the main nut symmetrically, remove the main nut, then remove the lid carefully and place the support frame.

9. At the end of each operation, the stainless steel reactor body and the residue on the reactor cover shall be cleaned. The main seal should be cleaned frequently and maintained clean. No scrubbing with a lump or surface roughness is allowed.
