The melting spray cloth extruder is about 6m high, 5m wide and 50m long. Its production line equipment is as follows:
(1) Screw extruder: The diameter of the screw extruder is usually 100~120mm, the length/diameter ratio is 40, the purpose is to melt the cut pieces.
(2) Plunger type metering pump: Its function is accurate metering verification, adjusting the output and fiber particle size, as a gear oil pump, continuous transmission of melt to the spinneret.
(3) Melt filter device: its function is to remove the residue in the melt to prevent blocking the spinneret hole.
(4) Transport network curtain: molten spray chemical fiber evenly accepted spread on the network, forward transport, the bottom of the suction fan, the upper and lower heat out.
5) Spinning shell: it is the main equipment of melting and spraying processing technology. It has a long strip spinneret steel plate, which is full of a long row of spinneret holes, usually with 1200 nozzles per m long. Warm air nozzles are equipped on both sides of the spinneret plate and on the bottom of the spinneret, which form a 60B Angle with the spinneret hole. After the fiber is sprayed out, the high speed warm air is used to carry out the cyclone extension immediately, and the chemical fiber is blown off to become the superfine fiber.
(6) Feeding system: It is composed of three metrological verification buckets, which are respectively used for metrological verification of opalescent cut, plastic masterbatch and preservative. The three ingredients are mixed uniformly in the mixing and stirring device below, that is, put into production and manufacturing.
(7) Thermal fan and electric heater: provide the temperature and pressure of warm air used in spinning cyclone drawing. Electric heater USES a large amount of electricity.
(8) The coiler adopts automatic coiling to wrap the molten spray cloth into rolls. The fiber characteristics of melt-jet nonwovens are extremely fine, and the chemical fiber diameter can achieve at least 0.6Lm, usually in the middle of 1~5Lm. The finer the fiber is, the better the quality is, but the relative yield decreases. Because the fiber is very fine, its specific surface area is large, and the absorption capacity is strong, which is also the most prominent advantages of molten spray cloth.
